FMI Construction, Inc. has made its home in Houston, Texas! We have been in the Construction, Consultation, Management, and Design (conceptual and drafting) Industry for over 13 years! With experience in building & renovating residential or commercial properties, we pride ourselves on completing all projects with quality workmanship.
We have a solid team of well experienced professionals that have merged their talents, experience, and practical knowledge to form the body of FMI Construction Incorporated. Our crews have taken on large developments such as multi-family subdivisions, commercial projects, and residential construction both remodels & new construction. We have completed numerous jobs in Galveston, Brazoria, and Harris counties in both residential and commercial projects. Being an efficient scheduling firm, is our greatest asset possessed, as well as continuously moving forward by providing our clients with cost effective solutions to their turn-key projects. We also grant our Clients complete access to the construction site. They are free to inspect the entire project throughout its duration, provided that they follow safety instructions of our field staff, and all safety equipment is worn on site.
As a General Contracting company, we complete numerous residential projects. Some of the completed projects include additions and renovations of homes, apartments, and condominiums in both Texas and Florida. Contracts ranging from $100,000 to $5,000,000 of commercial construction services have been provided & are available for new building construction, additions or tenant finishes of your current lease spaces. We have, also, been the provider of many re-construction projects due to hurricane damages in both states, as well. We have provided consultation services for residential &commercial property owners to help insure that they receive the correct damage quotes for insurance claims.
